E-INVESTITURE CEREMONY

The Torch Bearers of Army Public School, Golconda

Taking over leadership roles with sense of pride

The newly elected student council members of Army Public School, Golconda for the academic year 2022-2023 were vested with their badges and sashes in the investiture ceremony held in the school premises. The school invested the insignia of authority and power with 50 selected members as the student Council members for the new session.
The chief guest for the occasion Brig Jaydeep Yadav, Comdt Artillery Centre Hyderabad, Chairman of the school accompanied by Mrs. Archana Yadav, President FWO, Artillery centre, Hyderabad graced the occasion.

The day unfurled with the welcome speech by the Principal, Mrs Vidya Muralidharan. The newly appointed Council Members were conferred with badges and sashes. Master Ashmit Mukherjee and Ms Niraja from Class XII were elected as Head boy and Head girl of the school respectively. The chief guest administered the oath to the new office bearers where students pledged to serve the school and fulfill their responsibilities to the best of their abilities and hold the school motto of Loyalty, Truth and Honour in high esteem. A mesmerizing dance performance in commemoration of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav exhibited the evolutionary journey of our nation. An amalgamation of vocal and instrumental performances of the choir further added to the grandeur of the occasion. The students who had shown outstanding performance in various field were rewarded with mementos and certificates.

The Principal in her message congratulated the newly appointed student council and urged them to uphold the values of honesty, integrity, courage along with respect for elders and devotion towards the duty entrusted to them.

The chief guest commended the efforts of the Principal, staff and students and encouraged them to achieve the ultimate and do their best in all their future endeavors. The event ended with vote of thanks followed by National Anthem. The event was filled with excitement and outstanding coordination.
