REPORT ON REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION

Army Public School Golconda marked the 76th Republic Day with a grand and heartfelt celebration, focusing on the theme Swarnim Bharat: Virasat aur Vikas (Golden India: Heritage and Development), symbolizing the country’s journey from its glorious heritage to its remarkable progress.

The event began with the unfurling of the national flag by the Principal, followed by the National Anthem, sung with full reverence by the students. Principal Ma'am addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of Republic Day and the continuous evolution of India’s legacy and development.

The day’s festivities continued with a Prize Distribution ceremony, honoring students for their exceptional performance in academics, sports, and co-curricular activities. The pride of the winners was evident as they received their awards from esteemed dignitaries.

A Hindi Patriotic Group Song by students of Classes 3, 4, and 5 set a patriotic tone, showcasing the deep love and respect for the nation. This was followed by an inspiring English Speech that highlighted India’s journey towards becoming a global leader. The highlight of the day was the Nukkad Natak (Street Play) performed by Class 5, which vividly portrayed India’s transformation over the years.

Another stirring English Patriotic Group Song captivated the audience, reminding everyone of the nation's rich history and potential. The celebrations culminated with a powerful Hindi Speech, urging students to contribute to the country's growth. To end the cultural program, a vibrant Group Dance by Classes 4 and 5 filled the atmosphere with energy, celebrating the unity and diversity of India.

The Republic Day celebrations at Army Public School Golconda were a resounding success, instilling a deep sense of national pride and patriotism among the students.
