ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOL GOLCONDA in its pursuit to save the environment and  stir to maintain sustainable  ecological balance ,it  organised an event for promoting plantation of trees.

With an impetus to carry forward its services for the betterment of the society, the school  organized Tree Plantation Drive with 350  samplings on 24th August 2015 where the students  planted many trees to keep the environment clean and maintain the life-support systems of the planet Earth.  This event witnessed an enthusiastic response from the students and as responsible citizens they owe a duty towards Mother Nature.

It is commendable to mark that the school has not just set a benchmark in nurturing the students by providing technical education but has taken enormous steps towards social services. The students enjoyed the amazing experience to promote awareness  and sending out a message to make the planet worthliving. The students have envisaged that climate change and global warming are not abstract concepts anymore,it can be attained through this noble deed.
