The students of Army Public School Golconda undertook a Cleanliness Drive to embed a vision of “Go Green Go Clean” in every individual. The fortnight celebrations had visualised an array of activities throughout length and breadth of the school.

A pledge was administered to all the students to abide by the clean up act  in contributing a part of their daily routine towards maintaining cleanliness in their homes, school and surroundings. Swatchh Vidyalaya Campaign- Shramdaan was conducted at regular intervals for the Students of primary and senior classes. The students participated whole heartedly and disposed duly all the waste into Compost Pit which can be used as natural manure for our herbal garden to safeguard the authenticity of the soil.

This campaign motivated the students to undertake significant steps to keep the campus neat and clean always.  Mass Plantation was scheduled to reduce the Carbon Footprints to maintain sustenance in ecological balance was a successful hit. Besides these, students were encapsulated with a short animated video and small presentation on healthy habits  to impart education on health and hygienic habits. Students also contributed their invaluable thoughts through various poems and articles. The entire campaign not only taught students the true essence and meaning of Cleanliness but also connected them to the new dimensions in the realm of cleanliness.
